History:
Years of Experience:
In 1951, Edgar Barcus first opened his doors in an Audubon, New Jersey garage, and shortly thereafter moved into a larger facility in Westville, New Jersey.  Dies at that time were being produced by diemakers using hand skills that required many years to master. 

Superb Efficiency: 
Since that time,  hand-crafted procedures have been replaced by highly efficient, computerized machinery:  hand drafting by Cad systems,  jigsaws by Lasers,  hand bending by Rule Processors,  and hand cutting of rubber by Waterjet. 

First in Technology:
Edgar Barcus & Company was one of the first die companies in the country to provide Laser dies to its customers.  We have kept abreast of, and have taken advantage of, all of the technological improvements that have occurred in the industry.
